Return Policy

We want families to love the books they bring home, but understand sometimes items need to be returned. Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order with a receipt or invoice. Customers will receive full refund only for books and toys in new, unused condition.

Clearance items, used books, and activity books, are final sale.

Returns can be dropped off at our business address or next pop up event. For all mail returns, the customer is responsible for costs of return shipping. We recommend you return your items using an insured and traceable method. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during the return transit.
