Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your books! Due to the nature of small business, we keep our return policy simple:

• All books are final sale unless they arrive damaged or incorrect

• Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery

• Non-book items may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging

• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the error is ours

• Approved returns may be refunded or issued as store credit

Clearance items, used books, and activity books, are final sale.

For all mail returns, the customer is responsible for costs of return shipping. We recommend you return your items using an insured and traceable method. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during the return transit.
