Bundle Processing & Shipping
Most personalized bundles can be created from our current inventory and will typically ship within 3–5 business days. We take the time to thoughtfully select items that will be useful, enjoyable, and a good fit, so more specific requests may take a little longer.
If we need to find or order titles that aren't currently in stock, please allow up to a week or more for highly specific requests. We'll let you know if additional time is needed for your order.
If you choose Review & Approve, we'll email you our picks before shipping. If you'd like changes, we'll provide a few additional options.
Need your bundle by a specific date? We recommend ordering at least 2 weeks in advance, especially for gifts or specific requests.
We may contact you if we need additional information to create the best selection for your reader(s).
Bundle Return Policy
Because our bundles are specially priced and include a curated selection with an original retail value greater than the price you pay for the bundle, returns and refunds are not accepted on personalized bundles.
If you choose to review your selections before shipping, you’ll have the opportunity to let us know if you already own a book so we can make a different selection. If you choose to keep your bundle a surprise and receive a book you already own, consider passing it along to a friend, family member, or Little Free Library so another reader can enjoy it!
